⚠️ NEVER buy from Notino
I ordered several items from Notino, but one product was missing from the parcel. The delivery was sent via DPD, but according to consumer law the seller (Notino) is responsible until the goods are handed over to the customer. Instead of solving the problem, customer service simply repeats the same answer: “Our video shows it was packed, so it must have been lost in transport. Without packaging photos we do nothing.”
My customer account even shows the item as “cancelled/returned” although I never received it and never sent it back. Still, they refuse to refund me. We are living in the modern century, and Notino still demands photos of a cardboard box as the only proof for a claim — ridiculous!
To make it worse, on the Notino app you cannot even leave a real review. They manually check reviews and only publish them if they are positive. That’s why I am writing here on Trustpilot: to warn others.
⚠️ NEVER buy from Notino. They are fraudulent and take no responsibility for missing goods.
