Fantastic family run company just how a business should be ran, ordering supplies was easy, prices competetive and aftercare was great with confirming delivery day and estimated time slot which was wanted so I could receipt the delivery, would defo use again & highly recommend.
Review of Toolstation
Disappointed in the service from the depot, Ordered item online which said in stock & can be collected within 5mins, went to depot to collect & told my engineer sorry not available till the next day & never give any options or other help. I asked my engineer to go back to the depot & ask for the next size down instead as they had 9 in stock and it was the same price, when he returned he simply asked for the original part number as it still said in stock which they replied with yes we have 2 in stock!! He then asked well why on the online order you have said to me I cant collect? They couldn't answer and was confused themselves? Much time wasted for us & travel to & from the location which wasnt needed......
