I didn't get my refund. They changed totally the product I purchased. I bought one I could work offline and memorize words, now it is something totally different and they canceled more than a year of continuous learning without missing one day. It is a shame.
If you would buy a car and then after one year it becomes a bicycle, wouldn’t you pretend refund?

Memrise asked me to contact them, but then didn’t reply. And passed already almost two weeks..
Cheating goes on… It is a shame to reduce an App like this and cheat customers that financed this App change. I want my money back because I did not pay for this product.
