There are room for improvement
They were very quick to withdrawn the money from my bank account, then they did not ship anything due to lack of inventory and provided me with a new shipping date. When the new shipping date was overdue there was no new update and the company did respond very late on e-mails to the customer support. Then actually did not respond to after I had raised the issue at the European Commission's homepage for Online Dispute Resolution. Then suddenly sent a respond and my order was shipped the next day.
