Booked with Non Stop kids back in October 2024 for my son's 5th birthday party. Received an email on Friday 10th Jan introducing me to ANI our entertainer on the day. She arrived before me :) and was absolutely amazing from start to end! Kids were all so engaged and content. The parents were so happy with how the party went and I heard them talking about how brilliant it was.. thanks again ANI

Spoke with customer service today regarding an order I didn't receive they refunded the order and it shown up instantly on my bank as declined my bank advised this was a processing technical issue on the merchant side and I need to contact them show them proof for it to be rectified however upon contacting I saw it first again the customer service wasn't helpful and kept repeatedly saying I will receive the refund in 3-5days but I'm trying to explain to them the issue I even showed them proof that the refund had declined and they are refusing to do anything about this. I need this dealt with immediately
