Very responsive to attending and fixing the problem. Called David Monday morning, engineer attended late Monday night which suited us as we were working. Diagnosed the issue, then returned the next day with the part to install

Yet again David proactively contacted me to advise our boiler service was due. A part was needed which they sourced and arrived back couple of days later to install. They were very accommodating in terms of time as we both work full time so were able to attend at the end of the day to suit out work schedule. Lee also had a look at a couple of small other plumbing issues we had & fixed

Turned up when they said they would which is essential as i had to leave work to meet them. Located issue with shower, but had to order a part which they did and returned ASAP to fit and shower now working again
