Reliable and Efficient

British Gas are always reliable. From when I rang to make an appointment to the text to confirm. Another text to remind me of date and time. Engineer then rings or text to say he’s on his way. Always friendly and respectful, willing to explain about the maintenance and offer any tips. Checks all items including carbon monoxide alarm … well pleased.

Friendly and efficient

Engineer communication giving expected time of arrival. Friendly, respectful and efficient. Made sure all items were maintained and gave advice and answers to all my questions. Very happy 😊.

Exceptional

Engineer kept me informed of arrival time and came on time! He was efficient and helpful and told me all I needed to know.
