Had Airband installed today, no fuss from an excellent engineer called Alex who obviously knew is job inside and out. A neat and tidy professional fitting of the necessary apparatus and all working as predicted by the Company. Couldn’t be more pleased with the Service or with the job Alex the Airband engineer did for us. Many Thanks,

My membership was automatically renewed after I had been invited to renew but made no indication so to do. Having written three times asking for an explanation and confirmation that my policy had been cancelled and any monies taken returned I have to date ( several days later ) still had no response. All I can say is, beware of unrequested automatic renewals and difficulty in getting a response in the above circumstances.
