Their customer service is terrible. I sent my item for warranty service two months ago, and they've given me ten different excuses since then, like "it shipped and delivered," "your name's wrong in our system," or "we need to contact customer service." It's like they don't care that their departments are all over the place. I bought an expensive item to avoid these problems, but I got a low-quality product and unhelpful customer service. They never sent my item back and refuse to take responsibility.

Stay away from this company! I doubt they are even real company.

I bought two tickets from flighthub to Tehran. Their price was pretty cheaper than other websites. Due to recent war, I decided to cancel my trip and their customer service was the best I have ever experinced. They refunded my money without any penalty by 10 days.
