Not a good experience
A very attractive offer for domain registration in Germany.
Anyway, after the payment is done it is difficult or impossible to regulate the corresponding refund.
A cancelation of services came for me with complete closing of the account and no access anymore to the service overview, financial overview and complete out of any control.
Struggling for getting back the overpayments for the unused services / payment in advance.
