Terrible
Absolutely terrible customer service. Cannot reach them via phone, only by emails (most of them were automatic anyways). Didn't resolve our case, we had to pay a horrendously high price for not confirming the trip even though it was cancelled by us MONTHS before their due date. Do not recomment them at all.
