The staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The premises was bright, warm and clean. The process was discussed with me beforehand and I was advised of my aftercare upon leaving.

Firstly I love that this is an Irish company with genuine values. I have bought many items of clothes from them and I always go back. I once had an issue with delivery of an item and the customer service was excellent. The one downside for me is sizing, some tops I bought a few years ago were on the small side, so I now size up (unless its the oversized). The quality is great, selection of styles impressive and overall good value for money.

Products are really good value for money. I started with the face cream (once off purchase) and the neck & chest cream (subscription). I love the neck cream, its light in texture and the pump bottle is handy. I'm not long using it, so no real visual difference so far, but skin feels softer.
The face cream isn't my favourite, as I found it dragged on my face a bit.
I then purchased (subscription) the eye serum. Love it! I love the cooling applicator on the bottle and I can sweep it like a gua tool. The serum just glides under the eye, so no dragging that delicate area.

Ordering was very easy. The delivery was just as efficient and staff were so friendlt and helpful. Obviously only problem was no shop in Ireland, but luckily I was at a function where there was a sample and it was everything I had hoped it would be.
The chair is big but I was able to manipulate it to where I needed it to go as its very squishy. The material is so luxurious and the best part is that its washable. I have want this for months and it didn't disappoint. I am so happy with it.

Great price, service and quick delivery.

It was a girls city break and the hotel was fantastic. It seemed a safe location, right beside the Tower Bridge train station (not that you would know, as we didn't hear a sound). It's surrounded by beautiful buildings, hotels and of coure the London Tower.
We got a 48hrbus ticket which acted as a taxi, as the bus stop was at London Tower and the Themes ferry stopped there too. Plenty of sites around the hotel including the beautiful Tower Bridge and in walking distance of Walkie Talkie & Sky bar, Shard, Borough Markets etc.
The hotel itself was massive especially given its a city hotel. Lots of room inside and outside for drinks and food. The room for 3 was plenty big, clean, comfortable and ample sundry supplies (water, drinks, toiletries, hair care, iron etc).
A few dinning options that were standard pricing and staff were nice and helpful. a
The icing on the cake was a nice swimming pool which was unusual for the city and also had gym, jacuzzi, steam and sauna room.
Staff from start to finish were welcoming and helpful.
I will definitely be staying here again.
