We had our entire upstairs 4 large bedrooms, 3 closets and a walk-in closet plus a large hallway including two Scarlet O'Hara circular stairs of wall to wall carpets cleaned yesterday by Bayview Steam Cleaners.

They did a great detailed job. They took thier time, and really went over the entire area carefully and efficiently.

We were very impressed of thier work and very competitive pricing as initially quoted.

Plus, they also did three large 2 smaller area rugs for no extra charge.

I strongly recommend Ricky and his company for your next carpet cleaning project.

Last week we purchased a stakable washer/dryer set from CAS in Markham, ON.
Delivery & installation was set for Thursday and they were on time. However, due to a condo plumbing issue they couldn't complete the install untill we could repair the problem.

The delivery team was very nice and they offered to have CAS resend another team, Free of Charge, next week to install the new appliance and remove to old ones.

I contacted the CAS customer service to a date for the second service call and my first contact said we have pay additional fees for the service. I immediately sent an email letter indicating that the first team promised a No Charge follow-up visit. I received an immediate reply by another customer service person named Diresh Seeboroth, who informed he will look in the matter and get back to me, which he did keep his promise and replied back in writing the next day confirming that all is fine, he got clearance and approval to resend another team at No additional charges this week Wednesday.

Thank you CAS for the great customer service and particular many thanks to Mr Seeboroth for getting the approval to my request.

Great service so far from all concerned at CAS including our sales representative Rebecca Chan and the first install team leader Jagdeep Sandhu.
