THE SELLER SHOULD HAVE THE DUTY TO PROVIDE!

If the seller wants to sell his goods, then he must also ensure their loading! And also fill out the CMR properly and correctly, so that the buyer has no problems with VAT refund!

Hi Andris,
thank you for your kind review and feedback!

Regarding loading, information about what type of assistance (if any) the seller can provide is always stated in each individual auction listing. As we work with a wide range of sellers, including private individuals, estates, companies, liquidations, and bankruptcies, the available loading options can vary significantly from one auction to another. This information can be found at the bottom of each item description. If anything is unclear, our customer service team is always happy to assist with more detailed information before pickup.

As for the CMR documentation, we always support both buyers and sellers to ensure that export processes and VAT refunds are handled as smoothly and correctly as possible.

Thank you again for your feedback, we truly appreciate it and continuously work to improve the experience for all our users. Should you have any more information regarding how to improve our services, feel free to email us at info@blinto.se

Wishing you a great weekend!
Best regards Malin, Blinto

For cooperation! are usually two types of…

There are usually two types of customers in auctions - there are buyers and there are sellers. But the buyer is the one who pays the money, and it is important for the buyer to be able to receive the purchased item! And it is only normal that the buyer's duty is to pay for the product, but the seller's duty, if you want to sell your product, is to load it! There are many auctions in Europe, and even transport companies no longer want to go to some auctions, because there are problems with loading the goods, and the buyer faces a serious problem! After such examples, there are cases when buyers no longer buy goods in these particular auctions! I wish Blinto that you don't have such problems when you can lose customers!

Thank you for your feedback - and yes, the trick is of this is always to meet the expectations of buyers and sellers or, in the best case, to exceed them.
Fortunately, in nearly all of the auctions, this happens so that both parties can look back on the business with satisfaction.
