Love these, wear them when I walk my dogs and do housework.
Read the review before buying, most said they needed a pocket.
Mine have a pocket for my phone so they clearly take reviews onboard.

I recently ordered some walking boots and work shoes from Fit flops.
I have always had their fit flops and loved them so I decided to order more products from them.
I ordered them in a size 7, as I recently had a 'gate analysis' at a running shop that advised me to go up a size (from a size 6) to allow my foot to fully extend.
My walking boots are perfect and I have already used them so much, but I generally wear thick walking socks with them.
My work shoes were too big with wearing thinner foot coverings.
I went through the Fit flops website to arrange an exchange.
I ordered to exchange the same shoes for 1/2 a size smaller but saw they were available in swede and ordered these.
When I received the order confirmation I realised they were a brown swede mix and I can only wear black shoes to work as a NHS Nurse.
I called Fit flop 'customer service', not only did they answer quickly, they were also so polite and helpful.
Courtney, arranged a QR code for a full refund.
I offered to send the shoes back with my existing QR code, but Courtney advised me that she would sort it asap and organise a new QR code.
This was all done very promptly and Courtney even sent the most lovely email to confirm.
I have recently had the most difficult interaction with 'Bare Minerals' when I had to return something.
I was expecting to have a battle with Fit flops to get what I needed, but it was a delight to deal with such a company.
As soon as I receive the refund I will be ordering my new work shoes, in black !

As I said in my initial review a self-directed study mode is not for me.
I am not happy to pay thousands of pounds for something I can learn through a text book
May I suggest that you make your courses more interactive, tutors are available for support but their availability differs.
As I said initially the masterclasses are not interactive, we are not permitted to ask questions, microphones are muted, so only typed questions are permitted.
It feels like you are totally alone on the course and learning from text books which I could have done by myself.

Customer Services initially are very good at selling Courses.
However, in reality studying with ICS Learn works only if you have a very self directed study style.
The course is not at all interactive, just reading text which I could do in a text book.
Master class again not interactive, you are not permitted to speak to a tutor, only type questions and then they only answer what they want to and have time for.
I felt that I would have been better studying alone and not wasting so much money.
Really disappointed that what I was sold did not materialise!!
