Bought a Makita nail gun One month ago! stopped working today! Husband didn't knew that if he tries to fix it (due to his very busy agenda and in middle of the work) he cannot take it back to the store! However, he tried just to check if maybe something wrong with cables cause couldn't believe it was not working just in a month, and didn't want to cause trouble taking it back and leaving his work half!
Now they say cannot take back. Is just a month! this is too much money for a month. Around 400£
Didn't even earn the cost of the product
Customer was upset, hubby was upset, job didn't finish and they won't help!
Very bad products and very bad customer service! they won’t help, it doesn’t matter for them as long as they take your money.
