Stopped responding and no customer service
Stopped Responding after sending me out a collection of 4 photo books without tracking. Told they will be here soon and now stopped responding to me via email.
I ordered a lot of books from them in the UK and never had anything like this.
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING SERVICE credibly said as NO SERVICE = DISGUSTING SERVICE.
Can't tell me where they are... No response and money down the drain at the moment.
I bet they respond on here though to let me know how sorry they are and that they are now looking into it as a matter of priority
Laughable and use this service printerpix.es at your own peril of the money spent with them.
Yes I used groupons to purchase the books, I also paid €8.99 delivery for each photobook for a postal service without tracking.
Total Joke! I have 7 more codes to use and to be fair... you can keep the money paid on the groupons as I'll find another photobook printer who acts more responsible in the way they do business
You are literally like a smash and grab cash company without a single care of the customer journey.
Shipped 26th May 2023 from Spain to Portugal and stopped responding on the 3rd June to my request for tracking of these photobooks which also took far longer to print than advised on website.
