I ordered a pair of shorts 2 months ago that were advertised as on sale paid and received a confirmation email, I have tried to contact them via email on 3 occasion’s with no replay and still no shorts. I have been buying of this company for years and yes sometimes clothing has been on pre order and taken about 4 weeks to receive but lately orders are taking months and communication is horrible. I don’t see this company lasting much longer as more and more customers are loosing confidence in them. gymroos if you read these comments if you communicate and be honest with your customers they will understand, if you take there money and ignore them they won’t come back.

I have buying gym equipment off them for years, Excellent service as always and quick delivery, would highly recommend to anyone, after sales service is second to none.
