I bought a vape that doesn’t work properly. They’re not being very prompt with dealing with the issue. Requested a video of it not working, I sent it, and still haven’t heard back

It’s now 12 days since I ordered my mounjaro from curate and it still isn’t here. I emailed and never heard back. Appalling service.
