Bad and unfriendly after service
Lease was good but be careful when returning! We delivered car in good state with less km than allowed and no visible damage. When we got bill we asked to put it in for claim with insurance. They responded that we couldn’t proof that it was one incident… we couldn’t even see it they used a scanner to see. I asked to put in with insurance again and then no answer. Now a collection agency with additional costs and no warning eventhough they have our number and address.
Never again and we were repeating costumers.

We understand that this situation is frustrating - unexpected costs are never pleasant. However, we tried to contact you several times in advance to clarify your request. Unfortunately, we did not receive any response from you.
About the damage: When the contract is concluded, it is pointed out that the deductible applies per claim. In this case, however, there was no proof that a single major claim would have covered all the defects identified - and without this proof, the maximum deductible you selected per claim is due, as contractually agreed.
We're sorry that it has now ended up with debt collection - but that doesn't just happen. We have contacted you several times and tried to explain the situation.
It's a shame that our attempts to contact you were unsuccessful, especially as you were already one of our customers. Nevertheless, we wish you all the best and are of course still available to answer any questions you may have!
