Worst customer service by any logistics company. They needed a week to answer a simple question, despite many escalations. This happened in the past too. You never receive a proper feedback from them in time. Never. In the past they collected various supplier's shipments for a customer in their warehouse before they bothered to actually deliver. Never had they made an appointment with the customer. They just decided on their own to do this.
