I am very happy with the service provided by the company in every aspect. Delivery of furniture came when expected, and the construction man, Tim Rackham, was on time every day. He worked diligently throughout the time he was with us and did a splendid job constructing the furniture. Extremely pleased all round.

Well, I was going to write something very sweet and informative, constructive and helpful but there clearly have been many more before me that think the same, I can only endorse what everyone else has said.
I would add though that there does not seem to be a time when they are not available and able to sort out any difficulties that may arise. What else can you ask from an agent. Karen and Glen, absolutely spot on. Don't change your working practice, you are doing a cracking job!

Since the agency's creation, I have found that I am being submitted to more and more jobs each week than ever before.
With home auditions being all the rage these days Glen happily rearranges my audition pieces ensuring they comply with the casting director's instruction.

Had a little problem thrown at me..How much do I spend each month on electricity? Quite frankly I did not have a clue.
A simple email to Octopus and within a couple of hours a reply from a guy called Ben and I had a full picture of what I had spent over the last couple of years.
If only other organisations ANY organisations could be as helpful and speedy as this life would be a damn sight easier. Thank you Ben.
