Both their support and service has gone downhill. I purchased a blue colored jeans pant recently. They sent black color pant. So, I returned it. Now it is almost a month, it is still in return, and my money is stuck with them. They have introduced to refund after the product is back to the seller, and made the return so slow, so that they can encash with customers' money.

The support? There is no support. They had a chat system a few months ago, where one could contact support team and talk about issues. They have completely replaced the chat with chatbot. There is no way to contact them.

They have high price, careless delivery, terrible return, and pathetic non-existent support. They are like they are in the market to give pain to the customers. They have forgotten that in India, there is local market where people can visit and buy, and have far better experience and support from the seller.

Bye Amazon. You have permanently lost a customer of 12 years!

They keep calling me multiple times a day! Despite of telling them to not to call me, and I am not interested to sell my car, they keep calling from different mobile numbers and ask me to sell my car! My phone has DND activated. STOP CALLING ME! Otherwise, I will have to take legal help!

I am using ESET Smart Security Premium for a few days now, and I must say it is an excellent antivirus software. Unlike some 'popular' antivirus that I was using before, it did not make my computer slow. It scans every downloaded file from internet for potential threats and gives me an option to remove them or keep them, if it finds something wrong in that file. Overall, very good antivirus.

Their support is one of the worst I have ever seen! I use one email address (Profession Email) for communicating with my business clients. They suddenly suspended my email account for no reason, this morning! I don't spam or scam! I send about 8 to 10 emails every month! Still, my account was suspended with no reason provided whatsoever!

Now, I am trying since last 2.5 hours to connect to their support. They are unavailable via chat, whatsapp, and all their phone lines are busy!

Just bought an email service elsewhere and pointed my domain's MX there. Looks like my emails on Godaddy inbox are lost!

Worst and scammiest service provider ever!

Beware of these Scammers!

The app does not work. It can not connect between my Windows 11 PC and MacBook. I asked for help to their support, and you know what, they never replied back to the support ticket.

It's been a week since the support ticket was created. They say they will reply personally within 24 hours, but in reality, they have a non-existent support, and they scam people with flashy marketing in broad daylight.

I do not recommend this software at all. Beware of this overly expensive scam software, that doesn't work at all!

This software setup is not for absolute beginners. You need to have some knowledge to properly setup everything.

I used WHM/cPanel and Plesk for long, and due to low domain limitations in their license, I had to look for an alternative.

I was skeptical about the software at first, so I asked for a trial license for a day or two. But support said that they no longer provide trial licenses, as they are being misused by many people. So, I needed to buy a license, and if I didn't like it, they would refund, and they suggested me to try the personal plus plan, as it has pro pack.

I purchased the plan, and installed on a small DigitalOcean server. Installation was super quick. It took me some time to setup, and some blog readings to do properly. But everything was done, within an hour.

The software is fast, and lightweight, which is good. It is free of bloatware, unlike Plesk. But the UI is a little bit outdated. They need to revamp the UI, and also the website.

It's been 2 months I am using Directadmin to host my sites. So far, it is performing awesome.

One star less, because the setup is not beginner friendly. Otherwise 5 stars. :)

I have worked with almost all big and medium hosting companies in my 12 years of career, and seen some good and bad support. But oh boy! Nestify ranks the top. The worst support I have ever seen. Period.

1. Their 24x7 support is a joke. They are not available 24x7, nor they will reply.
2. Their customer support people are the most unfriendly, unprofessional and incompetent support I have ever seen. They keep you waiting for hours for the next reply.
3. Their customer support people who talk in chat, don't know anything. For the simplest question, they will tell you to wait so they can consult with their server admin, and leave the chat, keeping you waiting for infinite.
4. I requested to delete the server and cancel the automated payment. They will ask all sorts of question why I want to delete the server. They will ask to create a ticket. Then they will mail and ask again why I want to delete the server, again! But they won't delete the server. So that my card gets auto charged. What a scam technique!
5. Their servers are terrible. When I bought the server a month ago, it was okay. Then it got slow, I mean really super slow for a server with 32 GB RAM, where I had only one working WordPress website with 5-6 visitors a day! I moved my website to somewhere else with a much smaller server (2 GB RAM), and my website runs way faster than Nestify server. Probably they show '32 GB RAM' on text, but actually it is a much slower server with much less resources. They won't give me root access, so I can test!

I do not write reviews online. But this company is so bad, I believe it is my responsibility to make others aware how they really are after you purchase from them.
