Review of TicketQuarter
Purchased a few tickets and I was able to open all the attached pdf's with the exception of one. I tried at least 10 times but it would not open. I even tried on another 2 phones but still it would not open.
I emailed Ticket Quarter and explained the situation and provided my order number and they re-sent it within the hour and it worked. I was well happy. Now, that is service and a prompt one at that.
Review of Klarna
Had an issue with my 87 year old father being hospitalised and now having carers at home 3 times a day, and was worried sick with my payments being behind but a quick char with Klarna and they put my mind to rest. Empathic, friendly, quick, and professional. Gotta love em even more now.
