Scaffolding tower shorter than I paid for!
I ordered this scaffolding tower via mammoth hire website. They obviously partner with speedy hire company. Steve the delivery driver was great, but then “fun” begins!
Ive ordered 2.5m in length, came 1.8m! When they drop everything there, you don’t if it’s correct. You hope so! Only when start assembling you will find out, but then drivers gone, payment made and you 🤬🤬!
When I phoned them to say it’s shorter than I paid for, they said “either size is charged at the same price”🤬!
Then to return it, it took over a month back and forth and they emailing saying they are going to charge for coming over to collect it and nobody to give access to collect it. I said “take me to court, because I got witnesses and would lovely to put some of your money in my pocket”.
No more fooling me about and start being professional and collect it with a fuss.
My order number was: 245375.
Never use this guys. Totally useless!
I gave my order/purchase number so they can find me, but look at their response! Just reassuring how good they are! Enough of wasting my time!!!!!

What a rubbish service with Lords Building supplies. Ordered on 21st April to be delivered on 27th, then the whole dung started, until the 30th.
Ordered 10 jumbo bags and came 9 only. Lots of excuses for 1 bag to be delivered and it has been 4 days already. Everyday it will come. Hopefully by 30th February. Will never use them again! Probably going to go bust soon that way!! Only Paulo, lorry driver, was good in these saga. What a palaver with this company. Shop with more reliable suppliers

I totally agree with every single comment here. Obviously, the bad ones because this NIG are all but good, trustworthy, deliver what’s promised on their insurance policy….and so on.
Also wasted my time by having to speak to 4 people in 4 different phone numbers and at the end, I had to fill out an online form. What!?!? What’s the point explaining 4x and then write it down? Time wasters and money grabbers only!!
Of course you all know that!! They want to get the story straight hence 4 people asking “what happened?”
They cover only works done by your grandma, if that much. Totally scammers.
I damaged some floor boards in a property and stud wall, but they didn’t care and won’t help myself, my business and my client. Let them call me again next year to renew this policy….. I will tell to go fcuk!!!

Easy to purchase and good value for money

After installing water meter pressure went down and bills went up. Lots of our neighbours have experienced that and their technician came to tell us we were all liars (by saying our water pressure was over the minimum pressure required). That’s what it means.
Most neighbours around Ford road are experiencing that, but can’t be bothered to complain because it will ended up in “pizza”, if you know what I mean!! ☹️
