I am writing this review with total integrity and honesty to ensure that anyone that wishes to purchase from this company are made fully aware of what sort of service they may receive from what my experience was please find below details-:
On Saturday 25th July 2026 my wife and I decided that we had seen the ideal garden furniture we wanted at the price we wanted to pay £999.00 on the Rattan furniture warehouse website.
After naively placing the order I looked at the reviews and found out that Trust Pilot state a warning that some of their reviews they believed had been falsified how true this was I am not sure.
I read some of the poor reviews and realised I may have made a mistake within 2 hours yes 2 hours on a Saturday night I sent an email to the company, stating I wished to cancel my order and would like my refund.
I sent further emails virtually everyday for the next 10 days or so.
I received numerous responses from someone called “Dave” Saying my order was being processed and Lewis throughout stating my refund had been processed both of which appeared to be untruths
On Tuesday 4th August 2026 I was told by Lewis quite clearly This has gone been refunded and gone back on your card.
I checked my account for the next day and half and decided on Thursday 6th August 2026 to ask for a copy of the confirmation when this had been processed.
On the same day at 2.36 pm I received confirmation that the refund was applied for from their bankers. This stated it would be 10 days yes a further 10 days before this would be in my bank account. This was nearly £1000.00 of my families hard earned cash
No other contact explanation or contact from Dave Lewis or anyone at Rattan Furniture warehouse.
It does not take Miss Marple, Columbo or Sherlock Holmes to work out that from the evidence I have and the behaviours of these people and this company that they blatantly appeared to lie and held out as long as they could to Nearly £1000.00 of my cash.
I have all the relevant proof of what took place and willing to pass this on to anyone that wants it.
Just before you make that final decision do what I did check out companies house and the directors appointments

PS Just for then record I have some beautiful furniture I ordered from a reputable company who I placed an order then placed a further order because my wife and I were so pleased.
