Usually a prompt and thorough company who i have been amazed at how quick and efficient they have been in the past, i am furious at the lack of communication on their end and also the fact that they have taken so long to deliver when my order was processed the same day (Friday). It’s now Monday 5.30pm and im choking on half burnt coils, and nasty Heisenberg Eliquid. I know it’s not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but saturday should be a busy working day. I can’t see any company like this just stopping for two weekend days. Surely business and shipping etc will continue?! I could run down to the shop but they dont do the flavour i only vape with and washington vapes does at a great price. You haven’t fully lost a customer but if i order again it will be between Monday-Friday. Giving 3 days in between so i dont end up in this mess again where it’s a pain anytime i want to take a puff. Think of it like if you smoked and had a box of cigs that got damp in the rain but it was all you had lol. Get on the ball Washington Vapes!!!!
