I cancelled my subscription to McAfee more than a year ago. They recently in July 2026 auto renewed my subscription and withdrew $94.94 from my checking account. I had this account listed with an old email address which no longer exists. Called customer service 3 times and no one there could help me. It seems like they want to discourage you from canceling. This company is useless. I had to eat the $94.94. My bank issued me a NEW card so McAfee cannot auto renew anymore in the future. They are a worthless company. The three agents I spoke with barely spoke English. I see a lot of negative reviews with the same issue.

The ring I purchased was beautiful and the price was VERY affordable for a heart shaped, bezel set diamond ring.
