really great qulity cat tree, the fact it secures on the ceiling means my two 6kg cats dont pull it over with their weight, others get top heavy and topple. they love to climb to the ceiling and are always sleeping in it now. also love the fact i can order section if and when a bit gets damaged or worn and not have to buy the full tree again. great investment for your cats.

Great quality sofas in the style that suited our needs. Staff very helpful and let us change around the demo couch modules so we can incision it in our room, sat with us and talked through the options best for us, really looking forward to getting our new sofa

Package was immediately sent back due to not being properly packed the barbercide had leaked out through the box. No contact from company and no parcel resent for over a week. I contacted and sent evidence from royal mail I had rejected the damaged parcel and was told they would look into it, how they don't know they had it sent back I don't know? Having heard nothing for a few days I emailed to remind them I either would like my parcel or a refund by today, I have had no contact what so ever. Shockingly bad customer service. I will be going to my bank to report and retrieve the stolen money and won't be using this company again.
