Still no resolution, and we are three weeks in… awful / non-existent customer service.

Have been trying to return a faulty item the sent to me since July 16th! Have now received a ridiculous amount of automated emails, and one response that asked me to send in pictures and info already sent. All I want is a prepaid return label to sent back an item that was incorrectly advertised and therefore useless to me. Pretty awful customer service.

Not surprised by the number of bad reviews. Customer service is poor, when not rude. Won’t be buying from here again, and it looks like I’m not alone.

Avoid!!! Was sent an obviously defective item, and flagged this immediately to them. That was on July 16th!! They have since strung me along saying I have to wait for some sort of investigation, even though I have returned the item to them, and they confirmed the item was defective enough that they needed to investigate. I don’t know why I can be refunded, and we I have wait for the “investigation” with the distributer/manufacturer/whomever all they want. The product was defective, I’ve returned, they confirmed it’s defective and warranting investigation… so give me my money back and do what you feel you need to on your end! It all feels like my consumer rights are being trampled on. Needless to say, terrible customer service.

Bought one item, but received two. As I am honest, I scheduled a return and asked about getting refunded the return, only to be told no, and to be charged twice over. Disappointing as I bought one thing, and now have the hassle of having to fight to get refunded the money they shouldn’t have pulled the second time, as well as get refunded for the return shipping of something I never bought!

I googled a black dline item, was linked to a greendozer page with a picture of the black dline item I wanted, and so I bought it. Once the order arrived however, I was disappointed to find a stainless steel version instead of a black one. So I contacted customer service, only to have someone try to turn the issue on me by say that the photo isn’t actually of the black item (though it clearly is!), but quote “now it may look black, especially on the small picture in the order confirmation (because it is black… the same black that was displayed in the big picture of the item on their webpage…), but a darken photo of stainless steel will very quickly do that”. The person’s “customer service” would be laughable (see profile picture), if it wasn’t completely wasting my time. Someone thinks they can convince me into being colourblind… This kind of behaviour even the gods contend in vain…

Scam artists. Beware! Will take your money happily, but if you have an issue and want it back, it becomes a circus. They have no problem lying and giving you the run around to try and keep your cash. The experience has been incredibly disgusting, especially knowing their actions are breaking laws.
