If i could give zero stars i would. I tried to cancel my order within 2 hours of ordering but got and automated email saying order has left "origin dispatch." I paid €89 euros for a grey tweet small size jacket. 3 weeks later after numerous emails it arrived. Nothing like what was in the pictures and was way over sized with labels cut off. It was not tweet but a cheap looking brown fleece. This is a scam.

While I'm one of the luckier ones who didn't go through with a purchase of a car, I see from Google revies of this company that I'm only out of picket of €500. I was dealing with "Jon", and put a reserve of €500 on a car while I checked insurance, that was my first mistake. I however did do it out of faith. The car was a sport model BMW and insurance was a bit pricey, so I decided not to go with that car. I explained to Jon I was about to go to the states that I would look at cars again when I returned and asked about my deposit. He assured me there was no issue getting it back, but I would get it by cheque, ( I paid through revolut). Fast forward 2 weeks later still no cheque. I contacted him from the states, a had also asked him 3 times to email me terms and conditions policy on reserve and deposits, to which I didn't receive either. Now 3 weeks on, my dad rang R nearly himself 2 days ago to assured him he would sort it with his "book keeper" which they didn't need to accept the money. No contact since not answering message or email. I'm sure they are facing more than myself with legal action. My advice don't put ur trust in these guys.

Ordered 7 days ago and just recieved email that my order is only been packed and shipped now?
Unacceptable

Initially i thought these guys were great, despite paying high deposit, app fee etc i still stuck with them. Car i picked up was in exceptional state. However i was paying way over value of the car in the end. 1500 deposit excluded the valued 142 focus at €13,500. I however went ahead. Despite what the say on thier website about repayments "if ur in trouble talk to us".. that is the first lie. If u want a deferral or repayments, they charge €45 a day for every payment u miss.
I crashed my car in bad weather, but was fully comp PAYG constatly emailed me on what to do. I pressured my insurance company which paid out balance in full. PAYG then left me hanging not giving me replacement car. Even though it was thier obligation to supply me with a car and ive emails from them stating it was thier obligation. They subsequently emailed me saying to keep an eye on thier facebook page fir a car of same value, to which i called the office asking are they not actively sourcing a car seen as theyve been paid to which i was told no
Ive my solicitor dealing with this now.
