Easy to book, reasonable prices. Had to make an amendment which I did via chat, Michael was really helpful sorted straight away and confirmation of the change was with me before the chat had finished.
Review of Megadrive Autovermietung
Was very apprehensive about using Megadrive after reading the reviews but had an excellent experience at Vienna airport. Pick up was quick and easy, we were offered an upgrade to an automatic which was a really good price so we took it as we had a long drive. Car had some damage which was recorded on the pick up sheet other than that it was clean and had low mileage (we upgraded to an Audi Q3)
No issues whatsoever during the rental and drop off was equally as easy. Keys left in the vehicle, I videoed the condition before we left but we didn’t need it as pending credit card payment for the excess was removed a couple of days later. Given our experience we would definitely book with them again
Review of PlusHeat
Broadly good service, call agent & engineer were friendly & helpful. O let 2 points I would pick up firstly when I gave the operator available dates for the service a completely different date was booked and I had to ring to rearrange and secondly the window for the visit is very wide. Most providers given you a wide window when booking then a shorter one nearer the time this was 8:00-18:30 and the engineer arrived at 18:29!
