Ordered trainers on 28/1/2023 using the 5-7 day delivery option which was up last Tuesday. I’ve used the support email and I’ve had a couple of responses saying it’s been escalated to the highest point in despatch. That was now 10 days ago and no update. Responses are 72 hours at best with no actual helpful update. No phone number to call and no live chat. The online ordering hasn’t been up to standards so far. I was told that I could cancel if I wanted to, but I don’t, I just wanted the trainers that I’ve ordered and paid for.
An update of a delivery ETA or what’s causing the delay would be fine, but nothing. My size are still showing in stock on the website so there really is no excuse.
I hope that I can come back on and amend this review but this has been extremely poor so far.
They appear to get good reviews in store.
Online isn’t reliable so far, especially with no real point of contact for customer services.

Do not order online from this company. They keep your money for 3 weeks and then cancel the order.
A 10% discount code to compensate on what are mainly overpriced resells is pointless.
I don’t write negative reviews but I’ve never had such poor service, ever.

This doesn’t really resolve anything. The admin error is not my fault and a 10% discount now doesn’t help at all.
I have replied to them to ask for fair discount in the circumstances. The trainers flashed up on Google when I was searching for something else and I fell in love with them and bought them for myself. This wasn’t a cheap purchase for me. You would hope that even to sell one pair at their cost would be worth keeping customers happy. We will see.
