Placed order on 30th November. Order confirmation said delivery due by 15th December. It is now the 19th of December, no sign of the package. Engaged their customer service robot, who told me standard delivery is 2 - 5 working days. We are now on working day 9 or 10. Sent a complaint email, still no response. Absolutely crap customer service. Actually, no customer service, period. Disgraceful.

Review of Moonpig.com
Ordered a card for my anniversary on the Wednesday. Website said "order within 5 hours for next day delivery". No delivery the Thursday or the Friday. Was hoping to have it in time for my anniversary, but now will not. Disappointed. Why have the option for next day delivery if it does not work?

Fantastic. Had serious trouble finding my mother's favourite perfume, even out of stock with the actual brand. Found that McElhinneys were selling the smaller bottles at a decent price, so I bought 2 online. Delivered 48 hours later. No fuss.
