Thank goodness for Greg! He helped me out in a REAL pinch on a Friday afternoon right before a holiday weekend when I was SURE I wouldn't be able to find a notary public to sign my document. He was responsive and funny and I'm glad my friend referred him.

The people at AT&T helped me use my insurance to submit the claim and order a replacement phone. It was a Friday afternoon about 5:30pm, just before the shipments went out, they told me. The replacement phone arrived by 11am the next morning. The process was fast and no hassle.
