Absolute scam
Absolute scam! The sales team doesn’t know what they are selling. There are no embedded videos like they show in the demo or on the app. The onboarding process is a giant hoop to jump through and waste of time. The app is unnecessarily complicated and not user friendly at all and ugly format that looks like a beginner app designer made. To cancel they make you get on a call and then tell you it can’t be cancelled or prorated even though it is prorated when you start. It’s a complete scam!

Sorry for our late response to this review. I wanted to double-check with my colleagues, as there should always be a possibility to cancel your license at Virtuagym (at the end date).
