Unresponsive and unreachable by phone
This has been the worst experience we have had with an agent. I have been chasing crossing details for the past week but still not received anything. Now I've finally been given the contact details of their UK "partner" who tells me there will be import entry fee and storage charges! Never again!

Company does not respond to emails

Company does not respond to emails. I have been emailing about collecting my pottery that I paid extra £10 and need to know if it will be ready to collect as I'm coming from far away. Please respond with an email address or phone number that I could speak to someone!

So my tactic of reviewing on Trust Pilot has done what has been desired and I got a response! Despite it being rude, it still did not provide any contact details nor confirm what I have asked. Just retaliated and said they respond to all emails which is untrue.

So I just wanted to know whether I could collect it this weekend and they just threatened to "ban me for life" (as if I'd ever want to go there again after being treated this way!) and call the police if I went to the studio! They also won't refund the money I paid!! Take this as a warning, the business model is to allow you to create something that you are attached to (as it usually is a Birthday celebration or something) and hold it to ransom and if you don't "behave" the way they want you (like give a true feedback) they will ban you and not give you your creation. Please read other reviews before you do this experience.

We replied to everyone one of your emails...

You just don't like that you have to book an appointment in advance to pick up.

So you decide it is smart idea to leave a 1 star review on Trustpilot and state that you will remove the review if you get your own way.

Not the smartest of cookies.

So we banned you. We really don't have time to play silly games.

Only way these people will learn for such toxic behaviour.
