I love Thrift Books! The books always arrive on time, are in good condition, and are generally well packaged with minimal waste!

The process of getting tested at the Zurich airport was fast, easy, and well-managed. I really appreciated the clearly marked directional arrows navigating through the hotel corridors and the fact that no one was bothered that we had a luggage cart. We didn’t have to wait, but even if there had been a line it seemed they were prepared to handle a crowd quickly. The personnel were kind and explained each step well. The nasal swabbing better than most :-)
