I bought an article that was in stock, 3 months later I'm still waiting for it, I try to cancel the order by sending couples of e-mails but they don't react, I'm never again buying from them.

Buyer has to pay returns on clothes
Bad service, for returns the buyer has to cover the cost, in my case 8 euros to send back a pullover that was one size too big, never again. I mean in 2023 all reputable web shops that sell clothes offer free return.

We are sorry for your comments, in order to verify your case and validate if it is our mistake you must enter a return request, remember to choose the correct reason for return because if it was our mistake the return costs will be at our expense, as long as the product is indeed damaged, defective or incorrect.
In case of a voluntary return, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.

You have to be very careful when buying…
You have to be very careful when buying there, they partner with some really sketchy sellers and if you have any kind of issues you have to deal with them yourself, Kaufland basically washes their hands, I'm never again buying from them.

The most annoying return form when…
The most annoying return form when sending stuff brought through Zalando, they make you fill in a lot of info that you need to track down and write in tiny input fields. Takes around 10 minutes!!! every other partner delivers an already filled in form.
Never again!!!
