OMG I absolutely love my eucalyptus…

OMG I absolutely love my eucalyptus tree. It looks so real like. Lots of compliments for it. More than I would normally pay but so worth it. This will definitely not be my last purchase. Thankyou

Terrible customer service. Do not buy

Ordered some wide calf boots from this store. Then had to pay custom tax to receive them which I didn't mind if the boots were going to be OK. Boots arrived. Despite giving my correct size they were too big. Then paid to return them. Did exactly what it says and boots ended up in customs for ages as Etrias did not respond to them. Boots are now on there way back to me that I cannot wear. Tried contacting customer service. They have not responded. Terrible customer service. Paid £200 In total for boots. Do not buy from this company especially if there is a chance you may need to return them.

Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that the boots are too big and you have problems with returning them.

We recommend using DHL for a return shipment, as
they operate internationally. It is important that when returning the parcel, you indicate that it is a 'return shipment' to the Netherlands, where the recipient does not bear any costs.

In addition, it is important that you choose the 'Dues Paid' option at the post office, so that all costs are paid by you in advance.
