Ordered a Phase Eight fascinator for a wedding. When it arrived it was in a box in a bag. The bag did not have “fragile “ on it and when I took the box out the bag, the box was already opened one end. The top of the hat was pushed in and there was a crease all the way along one side of the hat. Obviously it will be returned. Why it wasn’t packaged so as not to be damaged is beyond me.

This was dispatched very quickly and arrived well packaged. Absolutely love it and can’t wait for better weather to put it on the patio table. Super service. Definitely recommend!
