I ordered a wig that had a bogo sale and I didn’t put the free wig in the cart. I messaged customer service and they responded right away. They were patient and explained the issue to me. I chose my free wig, they responded right away and shipped both wigs. I was cautious at first, but after this experience I will definitely order more from them. I truly appreciate the time, patience and the fact that they explained what happened and why my product didn’t ship the first time.
