Excellent Service provided from this center . I opted for waiting and the car was ready with couple of hours. The tech explained to me what needs to be changed and he gave me the right set of expectations on waiting period.Mine is a 2018 model volvo and I still prefer Volvo direct service because it gives a peace of mind.

Starting from the Initial quotation request everything was very prompt and professional with this company. They have provided a very reasonable price when compared to other companies in the market. The team is very responsive both via phone and over email. The quotation review/approval are via online with just a few clicks which I find it so convenient. The installation team came to my home on agreed date sharp on time. The staffs were very friendly and they completed the job in just less than 3 hours. That includes removal of my old panel and installation of new ones. They agreed to take away my old panel for disposal which I find so helpful. It saved lot of my time and effort.

Excellent Service from Gate1 !!! I have submitted my claim in the month of June 2022. Yes, it took more than 6 months to get the claim approved. Gate1 was always responsive and keep updating the status of my claim. So who ever is choosing Gate1 service , I would advice to have some patience - You are in the good hands.
