What a waste of 1.25 euro trying to find out the location of our daughter hecause we were worried that she is not picking up and we couldn't get through her by calls/texts and we wanted to know her exact location just to make sure she was safe but this crappy tool location asked fir 1.25 euro only to send a text instead of the actual location. I felt totally scammed. VERY disappointed.

Delivery guy did not even try to deliver in our house and just dropped off my order with the neighbour when I was at home waiting for it. It's not the first time this happened. So annoying.

I have nothing against Coolblue as they were actually reliable with us in the past but not until they start using Post NL as their delivery partner. The second day delivery is no longer reliable. I have ordered an item on a Friday evening and waited all Saturday, it did not arrive, there was no update on the track and trace either. We are pretty annoyed as the item was intended for the last weekend use. I received an updated email that it will be delivered the following day, Sunday, of course it was not true as they ,(post. nl? dont work Sundays. Its now Monday and I still have no idea where my parcel is. Pretty disappointed.

I would have given a 5☆ if I have received all my orders (not their fault) but the rest were delivered as promised and the staffs were excellent in communications with order status, etc. The way to go. 👍

I am happy shopping with Zalando lounge, my only concern though is most often, it takes ages for my order to arrive as they claim to gather all the order together, and they take payment on the time of order. If they can hold the payment 3 days prior to delivery then I will be a happier customer. Other than that, I am satisfied with their goods and service. No problems with returns and refunds too.😊
