I had no idea such a service existed and was very pleasantly surprised by how smooth the whole process was. I chose the banknotes and coins on their site, sent them over with the code, and around 3 weeks later received confirmation that the process was completed. I decided to donate the funds to a charity, and they added 5% as mentioned on the site. Customer support is fast and helpful. I'm very happy with this experience and would recommend it to anyone who has old / foreign currency lying around :)
