If you live outside the U.S then DO NOT order from this company. I ordered a purple hoodie for my wife a month before Christmas 2024 and paid in full for it. After 6 months of back and forth emailing i still received nothing and eventually gave up. Never received my order and my requests for a refund went unanswered.
Review of Three UK
Been trying to cancel an expired contract to a tablet i had 3 years ago for 2 months now. Tried calling customer services who were previously very good only to find myself being passed from option to option, none of which are relevant to my situation until i end up right at the main menu again. Got hold of an advisor only once and was told my email address which i always use wasn't the one registered. Something which they apparently do quite often. So in the end i cancelled the direct debit and am now getting threatening letters demanding payment. Been a 3 customer for 2o years now and i'm seriously considering switching providers once my phone contract expires. Very disappointed.
