DO NOT TOUCH MWEB

To apply for service - great - straight through to a helpful human. Once they have your bank details and they have extracted money from you, that is it! After that it is just artificicial idiots and nothing else,r specially service delivery. MWEB have NO walk in customer service offices. They cancelled my order without explanation, but delivered a router. Courier said he had to recover same the following week. Phoning. Whatsapping is hopeless. Once an 8 hour wait, next 5 hours nothing nothing nothing! DONT TOUCH MWEB

Morning Clive, we understand how frustrating and confusing this has been, especially with your order being cancelled without clear communication, the router delivery and collection, and the long wait times across support channels. That’s not the experience we aim to provide.

We’ve reached out directly to our Logistics team, who manage hardware deliveries with our courier partners. They are actively reviewing your account to understand what happened with the delivery and cancellation, and will advise on the next steps to get this properly resolved.

We also hear your concerns about the delays and difficulty reaching support. Your feedback has been shared with the relevant teams, as we are continuously working to improve both accessibility and response times.

Kind regards,
The Mweb Team

Sale of car to Flexicar

The representative who I met first checked the car and promised me an agreed price upon delivery a month later. When I arrived for the handover on the agreed date, that person was no longer working there and i was told the car needed another check which could lower the agreed price. I was made to wait while this was done and received good attention from Lukas who, after the check, accepted the previously agreed price and this was paid into my account 3 working days later.

Dont touch PureVPN

Enquired online on 24 February re their service, entered my card details, but did not authorise payment as I changed my mind. Never received service. Was charged on 3 March. Immediately notified them by email of error. They have cancellation periods of 7 and 30 days so I was within my rights, even if I had authorised the payment; never mind not getting service. Had a response from "Spencer", probably not the computers real name! Very apologetic etc, but no promise nor receipt of a refund, despite 3 reminders. Just a bunch of scammers - don't go near them.

Hi Clive! We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience.

We did receive your request and responded to your initial email, where we tried to assist you with your concern. That being said, we completely understand the frustration this may have caused.

Please rest assured that your payment has now been fully refunded. We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience throughout the process.

Legitimclaim lodged. No refund

Booked a rental car and paid for it. Went to collect it at Europcar Cambridge on 2 August. I had my Dr Card, UK Passport, NHS No and proof of UK residence. Was refused the car because their Cr check could not identify me! After 2 hours of frustration embarrassment and inconvenience I had managed to rent a car elsewhere without difficulty but for £250 more. Lodged a claim for the £250 as instructed via Booking.com website, provided necessary documentation. Received confirmation of claim and a PIN No. 50 follow up emails all I get is silence, denial of knowledge of claim, am told to resubmit and asked for information they already have. Disgraceful disgusting company. Don't support these devious underhand people

Non delivery of prepaid rental. Still no refund

I paid for a car rental via Booking.com. Went to collect the car at Europcar in Cambridge. I had all the necessary UK documentation and UK drivers licence. They refused to give me the car because their credit check could not find me! Maybe because I have no bank account in the UK and owe nobody anything. It took 2 hrs to arrange another rental without any fuss from Enterprise rentals. Cost me 800 pounds vs the 550 via Booking.com. A full month later, still no refund or word re my claim for the extra 250 pounds I paid. I've spent hours and hours sending documents, holding on, on the phone, speaking to consultants, being messed around. Today I get an email promising action within 28 working days

Cannot check in to Ryanair after booking on Flightnetwork

I booked 2 return tickets Alicante - Bournemouth on Ryanair via Flightnetwork. I have paid for the tickets and received confrmation from Ryanair. When trying to check in on Ryanair I receive a message to the effect that Ryanair have no contract with Flightnetwork and I need to produce my passport and identify myself and my wife through an impossible online process - I have tried a few times - holding up my passport to be photographed while not being able to see through the passport to check if it is in the frame correctly, etc. Ryanair has threatened that I may need to pay certain costs at the airport before departure if I am not pre-checked in and have my boarding pass, but I cannot check in even 24hrs before the flight and get my boarding pass in advance. Flightnetwork confirmation just says go to the airport with your passport. Trying to communicate with the faceless non-communicative behemoths that are Ryanair and Flightnetwork is immpossible.

I booked and paid - airline cancels.

I booked and paid for flights Cape Town to Alicante.
30 minutes later I'm notified - Technical error - ticket cancelled. Refund to follow. What a waste of time.
This is the 3rd time this has happened in 3 days.
I booked and paid for TAAG flight via GotoGate - same thing. I tried again via Budget flights - same thing and now again with Flight network. Its a disgrace. Booking directly with TAAG also impossible - you fill in everything then it says "Oops" technical error - no "delivery" on that date. I change date - same thing.
