Used to buy from them --- then things got weird --- got cheaper ---- then the shipments stopped.

I placed about 10~ orders over the years. But they got too cheap in 2025 so I bought 25 pieces. Order ghosted. emails ghosted. 3 months later I used paypal to get my money back.

No responses at any time. Company officially gave up and lost my business.

I think they're ran through and high tailed it.

historically made about 8 successful purchases and own around 40-50 pieces of FH product.

In November 2025, I placed an order with the new hot sale prices spending $500.

Mailbox is full and taking no new emails, they dont reply, and have never shipped it almost 3 months later.

Seems this company officially ended, and finally started "scamming" its customers on its way out.

Ordered 2x from them - 2nd time, printing took 3 weeks. Shipping took another 3 weeks from there to depart.

they advised in the email to call. number disconnected. the address on their website is a Miami based strip mall with no business like this in it. When I asked Christine for the contact number, she said "email is best". Then, I reached out on instagram and facebook.... Freshhoods ghost hid my questions about their service contact. I can see them on my profile, but not my wifes. Shady.

As a business owner...My guess, a poorly managed company middle manning product. Likely not their own productions, but they likely middle man to China/Wherever they print.

Takes forever. Email replies take 3-10 days (and sometimes dont even respond) and the service is poor.

Spent $1000 with them, received it, happy...... but won't rebuy based on extremely poor service.
