Hi Liv, sorry you are slightly disappointed with the quality, it’s hard to show the text with drawstrings on the tops. Drawstrings can be cut out and so we try and cater for all customer requirements. We do offer a premium heavy weight one too. We try and make it excellent value for a one off bespoke top as a lot of work goes into it, along with the complimentary T-shirt and tote bag. It’s a startup business and don’t have the buying power yet, but will take your feedback serious and look to improve this. Kind regards, Alex

We never expect delays of this nature to occur and do everything we can to deliver within expected time frames, especially when you have paid for an express service. Due to the delays which you have experienced, I have refunded the delivery surcharge which you paid for this service. While we endeavour to process these refunds as soon as possible please allow for up to 3-5 working days for these to be received.
