I fell into a bit of a rut, I felt lost with training and nutrition and wanted to feel like me again so I decided to find a coach to help me do that and keep me accountable. Sam had been recommended as a coach and was described as someone who genuinely cares about his clients and is extremely knowledgeable and after stalking his instagram, I decided to sign up in April 2026 and it was the best decision ever. Sam’s coaching is invaluable, he wants the best out of his clients and he couldn’t be more supportive and doesn’t agree with endless amounts of cardio and extreme dieting. I’ve finally started feeling good again and to challenge myself further I have signed up to the October 2026 photoshoot which I can’t wait for and to celebrate all my hard work and progress and everything I have achieved. I could not recommend Sam enough.

My hens booked Kiru for my hen do and he did not disappoint! He got everyone involved in the games and made me feel special. Kiru took the lead from start to finish and was so entertaining and made us some beaut cocktails. It was definitely the highlight of the weekend and would definitely book again!

First time ordering from skinny food co and I must say I am impressed! My fitness coach recommended the duo chocolate spread and it tastes amazing! It's like having a treat but without the guilt, I will definitely be ordering again and I can't wait to try other products.
